The foundation of everything we do

When Curo Resourcing was just a concept, the founders, Mark Sewell and Karen Field worked with a business coach to confirm their personal beliefs and values and to apply the beliefs and values into the business.

Integrity, care and respect were identified as the three key components of our culture, and we designed the business to incorporate these into every aspect of what we do. We do not just pay lip service to this: we run our business according to these three values which now underpin every decision we make with both our clients and our associate community.
