Curo Resourcing was founded in 2006 by Karen Field and Mark Sewell, ex-directors of The Mandelbrot Set – the world renowned Microsoft technology company that authored Advanced Visual Basic books for Microsoft Press, developed TMS Tools and Code Complete and successfully undertook a wide range of Microsoft focused consultancy assignments and projects for both SMEs and blue chip clients, including Microsoft. The core beliefs and values on which Curo was founded, continue on today, as the business has grown through strengthening its team and service offerings.

The foundation of everything we do
When Curo Resourcing was just a concept, the founders, Mark Sewell and Karen Field worked with a business coach to confirm their personal beliefs and values and to apply these into the business. As Curo has grown and new Directors and staff have joined, we have continued this review process to ensure that all of our beliefs and values are aligned.
Integrity, care and respect were identified as the three key components of our culture and the business incorporates these into every aspect of what we do.
